Of the fluids you intake in one day you probably receive about 1/3 less actual water than someone drinking plain water. That is my hypothesis, because you seem to have odd side effects from the food you eat and your beverages. " Vault somehow fills me up more than other sodas" WTF?!? REALLY!? I wish that happened to me, because sometimes I get hungry and thirsty at the same time and I could use a tasty re-filling beverage. Second, a Vault has 78 grams of sugar. All of that is burned nearly instantaneously into energy. Thus you aren't hungry for a while. | |
